Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select JotSplit.
In JotSplit, go to Settings and choose Delete account. This permanently removes your data. If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately in your Apple Account settings.
